Hmmmm I don't actually know if Gintoki would know who Deadpool is because most of his knowledge is all Japanese-canon based... He would probably know of Wolverine and a few of the major X-Men, the Avengers, and the major players. It could be really hilarious if he DIDNT recognize Deadpool at first and had to think about it though. xD
