Gintama, as a canon, is a very fourth-wall breaking canon -- its characters generally know all about all things Japanese culture related (video games, anime/manga, movies, celebrities, etc.) as well as big American movies/celebrities as well. The characters in Gintama also know that they are characters, and regularly talk about their author, Sorachi Hideaki, and/or Sunrise, who produces the anime.

Below is a handy little form for fourth wall permissions for the Gintama cast at Luceti!

Are there any specific things you'd like to be fourth-walled? His connection to Team Rocket. It won't matter much to him personally, since as far as he's concerned he's out of it because Giovanni pretty much left him and the other executives to Lance, but it just means he's a pretty bad dude.
Can we fourth-wall by saying Luceti is a roleplay game? Absolutely. I don't see what could possibly go wrong with that.
