gin_san | Gintama Permissions

Gintama, as a canon, is a very fourth-wall breaking canon -- its characters generally know all about all things Japanese culture related (video games, anime/manga, movies, celebrities, etc.) as well as big American movies/celebrities as well. The characters in Gintama also know that they are characters, and regularly talk about their author, Sorachi Hideaki, and/or Sunrise, who produces the anime.

Below is a handy little form for fourth wall permissions for the Gintama cast at Luceti!

Are you open to us having our characters recognize yours in prose but not break fourth wall for any number of IC reasons?
Can we have our characters say Luceti is a roleplay game and have your character think they're crazy or whatever?

Yes! Although Levi will be really curious about why they know. And be suspicious. And this could be interesting. So maybe at some point there could be some limited 4th walling?

I'm just slightly worried because he'll want to know everything (although there's not been a lot revealed in the manga that the characters aren't aware of in some fashion) but having someone know everything about their situation might make him actually internally question if what they're saying isn't actually true and they don't exist and wow existentialcrisis---

I mean usually he's pretty level-headed but I'm not sure I'm ready to go quite that far yet haha.

WELL if he asks, Gintoki will start talking and all the censored bleeps will happen and Levi can be completely baffled. Most likely, Kagura will get involved and there will be some degree of violence or bullshit that will totally derail the conversation.
